I wanted to take a second to introduce myself, and what it is that I do!
I can't say that it is only one thing, so in a nutshell....I am in the health and wellness industry! I am a highly certified trainer for THE GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM, GYROKINESIS AND Pilates. I also have a specialization in Pre/Post Natal work for women to prepare and recover from the birthing process. It is a joy for me… Continue
